Bron sees things the way others can't. She employs that unique insight and perspective to correct project and process path, and then deliver exceptional project outcomes, and process improvements.

 

Bron comes from diverse experience in a broad range of industries that includes: energy; HR; transport; mining; IT; training; executive coaching; and government.

Rescuing & Repositioning At-Risk Projects & Programmes

  • Assess and recover a Remote De-energisation Project for an energy retailer:
    • identification of available existing and possible options;
    • secured CIO approval to change business level strategic direction; 
    • ensured a more cost-effective solution while aligning stakeholders on strategic direction


  • Delivering multi-site infrastructure programs for a public transport business:
    • tasked with salvaging a flailing project / capital infrastructure program
    • successfully delivered a $20M infrastructure upgrade program across 20 operational train stations in one year, managing:
    • procurement; 
    • vendor panels;
    • teams of artists; 
    • community engagement; and
    • internal and governmental stakeholders
